If I could leave 0 stars I would. The desk help was really good, it was the doctor that wasn't. Went in knowing there's a huge lump of infection on my tonsil and she said she didn't see anything on my tonsil. She didn't even use her light to get a better look, she wanted to test me for strep, which I knew it wasn't that. But I let her do it, just so it can come back negative. She was rude when I asked her if she could look again at my tonsils with the light, cause she said there isn't anything wrong with me. She said no and said there's nothing she can do for me. So I left, went to a different urgent care place and not even 10 mins in there and he diagnosed me with Tonsillitis and prescribed me antibiotics, said he could see it clear as day ( but he used the light ) he was really nice and did a great job. I went to care now urgent care in orem. And I'm really glad I did. But I will not be going to this urgent care again, and I won't be sending any family or friends over here either.

I liked the service there. I moved to Springville but still going there. Dr Richard has a great eye for diagnosis.
