Yes, it is. Missionaries from the MTC will usually have break tones to go to the temple grounds on Sundays, so it's open for at least part of the day.

Look on the Church website- churchofjesuschrist.org- for the full schedule of the temple. There are some temples that are open for a few hours on Monday mornings.

Temple grounds are almost always open but the temple is not open to patrons on Mondays after the 6:40 am session. They only have a few sessions on Mondays in the early morning. Martin Luther King Day is no exception. :)

Yes clothing is available for a very reasonable price. This Temple will be closing for a complete rebuild as soon as the Orem Temple is completed. I love this Temple because of course the Eternal Salvation aspects, but also for the beautiful relief mural in the lobby beyond the recommend desk. It's actually one of my favorite pieces of art. The panoramic mural in the chapel is also very beautiful with spiritual impressions of Christ and His presence.

Go online to your church account and find temple reservations. It's a little buried but you can go on the calendar by ordinance and select a day and time. They are booked out quite a ways. You may do better at Payson.

You have to book it through your LDS account, select the temple, and it shows available times.

Yes you can take family names any time. If endowed, you cannot ask for temple file names, you must bring your own...
