Placed an order but no shipment for 3 weeks. Called to find out a few items were out of stock. We are local but can't go pick up. Finally they shipped on 4th week but then the order was incomplete and one item is defective. These guys are well known for being terrible in everyway, I should have stopped my friend from ordering.

Worked for Action Target back when Kyle Bateman, Adam Sovine started Designing Target Systems early 1980’s. I was promoted into graveyard supervisor, was also one of the full time welders and assisted and train new employees cutting, drilling, painting, grinding, etc… employed by Action target for about 11 years until I decided to go to work for Law Enforcement, recently retired with 22 years. I was in the area and decided to stop in and see if I could see Action Target new facility. Did not get past the front desk. I asked the front desk if I could get a tour and explained I had worked for Action Target, she said, “ We do not do tours at this facility, we never do tours”. I asked if a colleague I worked with was still employed at Action Target, she stated, NO abruptly. Then contradicted herself and said “ We only do tours for family and occasionally school children, then said that the colleague I asked about works as a technician” I said “ but you said he was not employed for Action Target” that’s all fine and dandy, but she was so impolite, would not even get someone I could talk to, she just decided on her own to rudely answer NO to all my questions, then contradict herself. I used to recommend Action Target to my colleagues, other law enforcement agencies. With the way I was treated, that has just changed. Don’t do business with this company, they don’t want your business. I also did many installs for Action Target, the customers weren’t happy for many reasons. One customer needed a defective runner Target servo changed, I changed it free of charge, less than ten minutes, he stated he had been calling for months on instruction and parts to where he could repair it, the salesman stated it had to be repaired by an Action Target installer, to keep from voiding the warranty, I was not an installer or technician, I was able to fix it, didn’t void their warranty, happy customer is a returning customer. I installed during the summer months when there was not work, rather than be laid off we would go spend months in another state installing Target systems. The front desk also stated that they could not get any info to get in touch with the colleague that didn’t work for Action but does work for Action Target, so how are you suppose to get ahold of anyone as a customer and supporter? If you can’t or are unable to tell the truth the first time, then how can you trust to get good business. I am returning to law enforcement, I will not recommend this company, never entered any company, that the secretary at front desk was so rude and always was put in touch with someone I could speak too. A company, who builds Target systems to train Law enforcement to be their best in protecting your families, to treat a retired law enforcement officer and former employee with disrespect, does not deserve a good review or business. As a Fortune 500 company you should already be mindful in the way you treat former, current and future customers!
