I never had a problem with them. Sorry to hear but yes, GMC has a complaint line.

Owner Is RobertBasil Certainly you can complain to him or his managers or for that matter Genersl Motors and the Better Business Burea. In fair ness I would ask to speak withth the owner. For what it's worth I have never had a problem there. I can't say the same about all dealers. Basil group and West Herr have been fair with us.
I couldn't imagine having anything to complain about unless you were expecting them to do something at their expense or you were just being unreasonable. Never have I had a problem in the slightest.
