We checked in with adjoining rooms. I am very disappointed in the quality of our stay. The sheets in one room were dirty with a black substance. They said they would come change the sheets and instead handed us a pile of unfolded sheets and the staff person said, "I don't know how to change the bed." The shower curtain was moldy. In the adjoining room there were candy wrappers on the floor, which tells me it was not well cleaned. The bedding was worn badly, with holes and signs of heavy wear. The curtains are stained with what looks like rust lines. On checkout, they didn't seem to care, said they would talk to housekeeping and the manager. It was all very dismissive. We are members and have always had a good experience at Hilton Garden Inn hotels, but this was not a good one.

We had our family and friends stay for our wedding reception night and it was really awesome. Staff is amazing, nice, respectful and friendly - from front desk to security, the best. The gentleman security guard was so nice, he let us chill in the lobby after wedding. Felt very safe. Thanks again! Oh, and great location to food, drinks and shows.

Using the app to check in and out and room key were very convenient. The location right across from the DCU center brought us there. The room was clean but not stocked. The second day there we had to ask for more toilet paper. We never saw a cleaning lady for the three days we were there. After we filled the trash cans and put the tied full bags outside the door, they never entered the room at any time to reline the cans or replenish coffee, creamer, towels, etc. The furniture had big chips in it, the ironing board had no pad under the cover. The room windows provide no sound attenuation and we could hear all the traffic "and trains" outside. The floor in the breakfast area was always sticky. They have one girl to wait all the tables and of course she can't keep up or bring the food out hot. All these amenities used to make Hilton a great place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel for other than the location.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, keureg in the room was a plus! Microwave and decent sized mini fridge. Only thing that bothered me the room color. The teal was nice, but there all different shades of teal in the room. Granted, all the rooms are probably not the same color, but that was just my experience. I would definitely stay there again, though! Over all, a great night away for myself and my son! Plus, they have an indoor pool. We stayed in the middle of the week, so it wasn't too busy at all.
