Booked for a stop off on a longer drive and trusted that it would be a pretty banal stay. Was immediately a bit worried when landscaping around the property was really poorly attended to along with a lot of staining on the exterior of the property. Check in was fine but the whole property had a sense of lack of attention or upkeep; the lobby space and amenities like a TV and pool table but nothing was being used and looked like it was just forgotten. Pool was closed as well. My fourth floor room had no working central air; a window unit had been somewhat haphazardly installed in the bedroom of the room and while it did a fine job cooling it was super loud. TV in common room did not work (nor was guest WiFi) and everything seemed like no one actually paid attention to upkeep in a long time. Lots of hair on the floor/couch, tub drain missing, no dusting behind fixtures, toilet water pressure low and super slow draining. Thankfully the sheets looked fine but the whole property just had a look and feel like no one had bothered to invest any care or attention to it for quite some time. Staff were fine and I didn’t call about any of the issues mentioned as I figured I would just get a shoulder shrug and that EVERY room would be some variation on what I experienced in the room I got. Would not stay again; it the kind of place I’d expect to find in Jersey outside of NYC, not a stable Marriott brand in a modest metro area.

Residence inn in Worcester so I travel for work 10 days out of 30 days every month. So I called this morning because I have spiderwebs over my bed it was around 730 this morning and she said fine.ps I also tipped the front desk when I first checked in as well because I know how people don’t take care of the front dust people so I make sure I always tip them when I come and when I leave.I asked her if they had coffee mate for the coffee she said no they don’t serve that, So I made a suggestion you should tell your manager that it’s a small things that make the customers happy I’ve never been at a hotel where they don’t have flavored coffee mate to serve at the coffee like really how much does that cost. She told me if I don’t like it I can leave and guess what they lost my business and I’m leaving it’s a dirty hotel anyway and it’s not my cup of tea anyway.

Older hotel but still has good amenities. Was not pleased with a request I put in for a slow drain after the first shower I took. When I left three days later they still had not taken care of the issue. Bed was comfortable and having a small kitchen is a plus when traveling.

At first I didn't think this was a terrible hotel. It accommodated my pet and it was fine the first night. The second night, our key card didn't work and when we tried to open the door, it opened right up with no key. Anyone could have walked into the room. It seemed very sketchy. We were supposed to stay there one more night but we absolutely refused because we did not feel safe. When we called the hotel the day we were supposed to check out to see if we could be refunded for one night they told us we never stayed there and we were hung up on. This was absolutely terrible. Find another place to stay.
