AC Hotel by Marriott Worcester

We chose the AC Hotel for our 8/20/2022 wedding. We could not be happier with this venue!!! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and clean. Parking is easy and many great things Worcester has to offer are within walking distance. The staff are friendly, helpful, and made sure that we and our guests had a comfortable, fun, and memorable experience. One of the reasons we were drawn to the AC were the many positive reviews about Courtney and let us tell you, she does not disappoint!!! She was a tremendous help from the time we toured/booked the venue to the day of the wedding. She was so personable, responsive, detailed, and organized. She truly helped us achieve our vision for the day which was such a big success. Our family and friends are still raving about it and we could not have done it without Courtney. We also met Sarah the weekend of the wedding and she too was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Bennett the lobby bartender was exceptional. He could keep up with and please any crowd (ours was a big one!!). The food was delicious and the servers and bartenders were fabulous. We cannot say enough about our experience and will definitely be back to visit. Thank you to Courtney, Sarah, Bennett and all the other amazing staff at the AC Hotel for helping us with the best weekend of our lives!! 🤍

Clean. Easy to get in and out. Near a bunch of things. Town shuts down around 10 on Saturday but the hotel is nice. I didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. Great Wall Chinese food down the street was good and worth a stop if you are looking for Chinese food

My daughter’s wedding was held at the AC Marriott Worcester this weekend and it was absolutely perfect! We had several guests staying for the weekend and the hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are large and the suites set up perfectly for hair and makeup for the day of the wedding. Courtney, the coordinator for the hotel, was amazing! We had some glitches on our end and she came up with wonderful solutions! She made our weekend totally stress free from the moment we walked in on Friday night. It was a pleasure to work with her! I also need to mention Jessica, who was part of the waitstaff that took care of us during the wedding, the after party, and the breakfast the next morning. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to everyone at the AC who helped make my daughter’s wedding weekend perfect!

My stay at the AC Hotel in Worcester was fantastic in regards to the overall experience. There was only a single terrible interaction that did significantly dampen my opinion of recommending or staying here in the future. In particular, I had the displeasure of speaking to the manager of the hotel name Brenda. Brenda was the only person available to help my family and I check into the hotel and she was extremely rude. She argued with my family after what a long day and failed to show any interest or care in wanting to help improve our experience. She was by far the worst representative I have ever seen for an establishment that built around customer service/care. Outside of my encounter with Brenda, the rest of the AC staff was amazing. They were all friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great job to the rest of the staff and I am sorry that Brenda almost ruined the amazing work that was being done by the rest of the team.
