Manager Jacob Kerstetter is super kind and helpful! I walked in in the store in the early morning without an appointment because my car had a repeated oil leak which was truly worrisome. Jacob was extremely considerate and graciously gave the car a courtesy check immediately even though he and other mechanics were very busy at the time. They helped fix the problem within 20 minutes without charging me anything. I am very grateful to him for going extra mile to help!! I would give him and the store more than five stars if I could. Jacob and his business are definitely the most reliable and trustworthy! I would also take this opportunity to share my unpleasant experience with the Firestone two weeks ago, so that no more customers would encounter what I have experienced! My car has been leaking oil since I did the oil change with Firestone (1242 W Turner St) on July 17th, 2022. I brought the car back to them on July 18th, and they promised they had fixed the problem. Unfortunately, it turned out that they didn't. My car has been leaking oil again a couple of days later. I didn't want to go back to the Firestone anymore, and I am so glad that I came to Monro, which was a very sagacious decision! Thanks to Jacob's generous help, the problem has been solved quickly. And I realized that the leak was caused by the missing gasket which should have been replaced during the oil change last time. Again, do not go to Firestone ((1242 W Turner St), and choose Monro and Jacob!
