Arborview Tower Apartments

Though I was accepted into Episcopal House (now called Arborview Tower) earlier I have been actually living here for just under one month in a newly-renovated studio apartment on the fourth floor (the whole building has just been fully renovated). The space is just right for me. There's a kitchenette, a bathroom, and the main area, with a nice view of Allentown from the window. The temperature is well balanced, and I don't experience cold hands or feet, which is a blessing since I'm prone to those conditions. There's plenty to do here: I can walk in the building to get mail (as well as exercise), visit the community room, and go to activities and informative meetings provided by an in-house Senior Service Coordinator, or read in the library. During these jaunts one will meet other people. Walking outside is also quite nice. There's a bus stop in front of this 19 story building, and I'm getting a senior-free pass to use, especially to learn to shop for food and other necessary things, which, by the way can be ordered online and delivered to one's doorway, including medicines. Basic TV is also included in the rent. One can add WiFi for an extra, reasonable, fee. I feel very happy and safe here The management is wonderful. They keep everyone abreast of what's going on in regards to maintenance, social, and other things, and respond very quickly to any questions or needs I have encountered. I highly recommended Arborview Tower to any senior in need of a place to live.

I dont live here. I live like barely 100ft away. But why does the entire building Lights flicker from the bottom to the top in like a pattern. Are there light problems?

Been here 7 months. The apartments are renovated and pretty nice.
