poor management ,roaches and mice infested apartments,when there is a complaint nothing gets done,do not buy an apartment here not worth your money and time go invest buying an apartment in another neighborhood

I lived there for 8 years. When I moved i had to leave everything behind so I wouldnt take the roaches with me. One good thing is when something went wrong it was fixed. The laundry rooms where disgusting. The roaches were everywhere. People were loud.

I have been emailing Vikki for some years now for available apartments. She's always fast with her response. She's a really sweet property manager. Any questions I asked it's always answered in a timely manner. I'm happy to say I will be moving to arbor village this year & I can't wait to make it a good home for me & my kids. Thank you again Vikki for your dedication and keeping me updated on my waiting list availability.

I have lived here on and off for over 15 years and No manager has been better here then the current one Vikki! Always see her around property checking thing out making sure everyone is ok and is quick to settle any problems . Will never go to another complex as long as she the manager here .
