Great staff, but they need a new customer service area! The card machine doesn't read chip cards, there is black mold on the walls, and there is not enough room for the amount of walk in customers. It needs to be condemned!

This location is literally the worst!! What is going on with this location? I own a business and now they have "lost," my package or they "can't find," my package. This puts my business into turmoil. I have had to call the 888 number on MULTIPLE occasions now. Then I have to call the company I ordered from to start "investigations," get it together Rockdale location.

If you live in an apartment you need to make sure your apartment number is part of the adress when you order something. Also, make sure your name is on your mailbox and buzzer.
