This place offers no luxury that they state they offer nothing for current residents to do or gather they charge to use to the community room, they claim they are pet friendly but offer no amenity with that, no place to take them without getting yelled at even the field across the street we are yelled at constantly for our pets enjoying that, we can use a gym 24hrs but are yelled at if you so any type of exercise after 9pm and before 9am. Some people are less then clean in their residence and then creates a roach infestation in other apartments. They continuously up your rent every year and offer no actual amenities to account for it this place is by far a place to live anymore in 4 years I have seen the rent go up almost a $1,000 a month for a coat of pain in the hallway and appliances that are greater then prob 10 years old and barely work most of the time. The only good thing is the maintenance workers that do their best with that they have. I hope you think twice about moving in this place!

I just moved here less than a month ago. I could not be happier. I went with one of the brand new upgrades. I have 2 story 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath with a loft. It’s more like a house or a condo then an apartment. It’s huge. Everting is brand new. I love love the black trim And then modern light figures. Jackie is absolutely amazing. She is always willing to help and takes my concerns serious. The remodel of the entrance and the halls are stunning. It’s like walking into a 5 star hotel. Only a few blocks from downtown which is amazing. I love the urban city feel. Which is what I’m use to. Definitely the neat place in the valley. Also I met great neighbors on day one. Just overall a great place to be if you’re looking for city life without crazy city cost.

Nydia the Complex Manager is a class act professional. She was true to her words and was always available to us with any questions or concerns we had. The remodel work that The Mills have done are just awesome. Ms. Nydia made sure that the construction work on our unit was fully completed to our satisfaction.
