If I could give half a star I would and that's only because the apartments are pretty but....if you are currently studying, or enjoy your peace this is not the place to be. Walls are paperrrr thin, you hear every sound from the apartment above you (including plumbing sounds) and management does not care whether or not construction noise bothers you no matter how much you complain. Im off 1 day in the week and am woken up by construction noise above my head, feels like they're literally in the room with me. Every footstep I hear. Imagine being pregnant, studying and working fulltime but cannot have peace and quiet in the place I call home. Two weeks later and still no change. Been trying to take a nap for the past 3 hrs and the noise makes it IMPOSSIBLE. I need to study and do a major assignment but I cant bcuz I want to sleep!! How have you made this process easy for me Trexler Park!!! It is now Sunday October 17th at 12:21am, and I am up still dealing with noise, running, stomping, banging from upstairs because Trexler Park chose to rent the 3rd floor apartment to parents with 3 kids, who chose to move in at this time! Stay faaarrr from Trexler Park if you value your peace and quiet. Your right to quiet enjoyment does not exists here I promise you!!!

I signed the renewal on time for 1 year and the letter indicated an amount. When I enter the portal the amount is $2209, which is incorrect. I do not renew month by month. Every time I go I'm always served by the same person. This time I was not lucky and someone else attended me. Who told me that the contract would arrive by email, which when I check the portal is not there and was not sent to my email either.

When talking to the office staff they all seem to have horrible attitudes. They do not care about helping the residents. I called for a light bulb replacement and the office staff was extremely rude. I emailed three different people in the office and I get no response. It’s an awful situation when you are paying to live here with all these “benefits” and they don’t care and treat you so disrespectfully they don’t even acknowledge your request. It makes living here uncomfortable and they are inattentive to the tenants needs. Even when the onewall management says they will reach out to you, they don’t. They just want to make the review seem like they care. Do not rent from here unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Horrible services. I have service request pending since last year June. There are bugs in my apartment and it’s been two weeks already since I reported. All they interested in is rent increment and survey.
