A ten year tenant, well into my 60’s, this place has a very nice lady Mgr, but a very spiteful crew, over the years I have had to do my own repairs at my own cost of buying materials and doing the work myself. Kitchen floor, hallway floor, painted the entire apartment, and the lastest episode, to look for a leak I was left with huge sections of bathroom walls left open, that I had to try to repair. I never asked to be reimbursed for ANYTHING yet it looks like they want me to leave so they can get a lot more for the rent once I move. Very cruel and heartless thing to do to someone with a heart condition. Moving could very well be too much for my heart to handle, yet they could care less. God see’s everything, they will answer to him one day.

Lived here for 12+ years both in a one bedroom and then moved to a two bedroom. Great complex, good neighbors and very helpful and friendly staff both at the office and Maintenance staff. Always willing to help whenever a problem arose. Moving into a house only reason we are leaving, but I'll miss the complex and staff. Thank you!

I have lived at this complex for many years and have NO complaints. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Issues are resolved in a very timely manner and they are all very friendly and accommodating. I would suggest this complex to any of my family and friends.
