Clean beds, but busted lamp with no bulb, phone cord broken, coffee but no coffee maker. Finding room difficult, confusing layout. 3rd floor elevator does not come out for lower room numbers...and no breakfast! Staff super and exceptionally professional!

After speaking to the GM (SUPER awesome...) I NOW understand that this is a corporate issue, they have no control over the photos and false advertisements given. Shame on you corporate for making your employees have to deal with angry customers over and over again for thinking they are booking a sweet hotel with an outstanding pool when it is not the case! Thanks for the help over there today and for releasing my funds! props GIVE these dudes more money....

The hotel is clearly old, which would be fine if it were well-maintained, but it wasn’t. The walls and ceiling were peeling, marked up and looked dirty. The room phone and one of the lights didn’t work. The couch sagged. There was no handle on the kitchen sink. The coffee cups were just plastic cups, so there was no way to protect your hands from the heat. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is that the linens were clean (although we weren’t given enough) and the air conditioning worked well.

Overflowing trash bags in staircase, reeked of smoke, filthy. Not vacuumed, sink broken (not usable), many outlets didn’t work, water stains on ceilings, walls, curtains, lamp shades. Layers of grime in kitchen area. Counter top falling off. Kitchen had one fork and one pot lid. Nothing else. This is clearly not a hotel, primarily. There is a community of people living there full time. Balconies were covered in laundry, bikes, furniture, screen doors were falling off.
