The entire process of using the Ettinger law firm for our Trust/Elder law planning needs was professional, straight forward, very informative and left us with a piece of mind. We had the pleasure of working with Suzanne Ettinger she was articulate in explaining the process addressed all our concerns and questions. Anyone thinking about trust / elder law planning should view one of their webinars or setup a free consultation both are well worth your time.

Excellent advice. Prompt service. Wonderful staff. Michael knows his law profession and provided us with a cost effective solution to protect our family and assets. He takes a pointed approach based on your current situation without ignoring your future concerns nor over complicating the final result. We are so happy to have found Michael Ettinger and his law firm.

Questions & Answers

I would like create a revocable living trust to hold my probate assets which consist of a NY and florida residence and a bank account. Is that something you can help me with?

You can place those assets in the trust. Since you will designate the beneficiaries in the trust, probate will be avoided.

My husband has been excluded from his mothers revocable trust. We have his deceased fathers original will saying all real estate and all assets should be divided 3 ways which would be his two sisters and himself. Can the trust be challenged?

The trust can be contested if your husband's mother was not of sound mind, unable to read and understand English, fraudulently tricked or influenced, among other reasons.
