I am a Hilton Honors Gold Member and this was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. If I could give the facility component negative stars, I would. The "pool" is so small that it could not even pass for a backyard pool. The windows in our room had no blackout shade and the "curtains" are decortaive only and could not be closed!! This left us with minimal privacy and staring at the halogen lights from the adjacent Marriot all night. Ice machine broken. Parking lot is gated and neither the card reader and the help button were broken. Staff were fine, no complaints or fault on them. Location is downtown, but not in walking distance to much.

The person that checked me, did the bare minimum. He provided keys and that was it. I was double billed and almost a week later and multiple phone calls, still no resolution. In looking at the reviews it seems to be a pattern of double billing.

This hotel has bed bugs beware. I stood for 3 night stay and I noticed bites on my body. During check out I told the front desk receptionist and she she was unprofessional and not caring at all. I was so upset. Then I called the the hotel to speak to general manager, the front desk clerk stated that they would leave a message so someone can call me back. No one returned my call, then I called again and finally got a hold of General manager Gerry. Gerrymandering told me that there was no bugs and refused to give me a refund. I emailed them proof of my bed bugs as well as doctors note. And no one has responded to me. It's been a month. The staff is unprofessional, and the general manager is awful. Don't go here, for your own good.

The suite we stayed in had a queen size bed and a sofa bed.
