Very nice wayside park with easy beach access. Plenty of pinic tables around large open lawns. Kayak and small boat acces to a calm river. Easy access to a large, flat beach with a stony river outflow. Large bathrooms with changing space and flush toilets. Plenty of parking although over-sized spaces are limited. No trash cans. Free.

Love this park, beach area . Never too crowded , we go off on some of the little trails next to the river to soak up some sun and have a picnic. You can canoe in smooth clear water and still hit the beach too!

Great kiting beach. There is a big open space, no trees or power lines and perfect breeze on most days.
