It's a nice park, plenty of open space, but not much of a beach area. The disc golf course is great, but there's a lot of poison oak during the summer.

Great Disk Golf Park around a lake and through the woods. Notti is better togo to for swimming beware ,its mainly a boat drop point.

It has a great access for boats. Also has a popular Disc golf course. Bathrooms and a big parking lot. Access road to the bottom of the dam is worth the 5 min drive. It's a massive pile of rocks holding back a river! Cold, clean water. Good stuff. Overall a great park.

RV park next to dexter lake club right off hwy 58 go in check out the famous club where they filmed part of the movie "Animal house"
We had no problems with our dig here. There are walking areas and potty stations. Everyone observed the leash rule, so we had no bad encounters.
It's because of the fireworks. It was posted 2 months ago at the lake by the restrooms , that there will be a firework display and some slide or something for the kids.
