I see them a lot closer to where I grew up in the fields of Henry and Fulton Counties. Usually picking at roadkill on the road or whatever. It's completely possible that this flock might have just been getting lucky heading East and were just here.

Feeding wildlife can make them dependent on people. It can make them fear people less, and turn them aggressive towards people, ultimately leading to them having to be killed, defeating the purpose of helping them by feeding them.

I believe you can , but it is a state park , I would check with a ranger ect before lift off . They keep changing laws and ordinances ect on them , better off safe than sorry .

If you had the proper camper/RV..however there is only electric. No water/sewer. They do have water to fill your tank at the dump clean out station. They also have several potable water stations throughout the campground. Hope this helps. The campground is very nice.
