We swam there in middle of July...water was good. Lots of people were there. I suggest calling the park to see current conditions.

There is a lagoon that is safe to swim in and is usually full of families all summer. I dont think I would risk the lake Erie side though.

I haven't seen any warning lately about lake water quality. Ask at the front desk to be sure.

They have a pond which isn't bad at all. I take my family every summer never had an issue. Not sure about lake Erie because we don't swim in the lake.
