We arrived in town around after midnight, the room was clean, spacious, closet, drawers, desk, mini fridge, tv, WiFi, bathroom was small but walk-in shower was huge. Free selfservice breakfast with a variety of choices. Pool was nice and handicap accessible. Hotel was not crowded, on site gym and laundry. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Let start by saying we only booked 2 nights for the pool. It didn't open the day of check in till 5 was informed if would be back open 9-9 the next day and it was closed. So it was a complete waste of time. Then when we left during the day and went back we had one of are personal belongings that was missing. How does something just get up and walk away. Smh. They lie to get your $$ and there rooms ain't even all that. We had to switch rooms at midnight when we realized the water in the bath tub didn't even work

Carpets severely needs shampooed or replaced. No joke in our room there was someone's underwear hanging on the lamp. So housekeeping isn't great. Mini fridge stunk to the point of us gagging when we opened it. Bathroom in the pool area is disgusting. The pool temp was great and the water was crystal blue...no problem there. Breakfast was great, good variety. Staff was friendly until you have a complaint. Otherwise the stay was "okay".

Room was nice, updated, and clean. The wallpaper has issues with pealing and could use some real maintenance. Decent selection on breakfast since many hotels have stopped due to covid. Bed was firm but comfortable. Stayed in a king suite with jetted tub. That was definitely the highlight of the stay. I have not been so relaxed in a very long time. Staff was efficient and very nice. Definitely would stay again and do recommend.
