Edit: I appreciate that Wells Fargos media team was so diligent about following up to gain insight to the experience. I realize the actions of one teller shouldn't affect the overall rating of a business so I am changing my review to reflect the great follow-up to the original situation. Original Review: I was just at this location. Around 12:40pm 3/21/22 The teller was on the shorter side, black hair, heavy eyeliner. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me there would be a charge for depositing a check so I asked what the charge would be. She roller eyes and just repeated "there will be a charge" it was very strange. She wouldn't tell me what the charge would be. I also needed a signature from a banker for a verification form to purchase government bonds. She did not seem to know have any information. She said I needed an appointment so I asked to make an appointment. I was told I needed to make an appointment on the app? Very strange. I should be able to make an appointment at my local bank. I literally just needed a signature as well. I have been thinking of changing banks for years and I think this was the straw that broke the camels back. I hope this gets to management so they can get this teller some more training. And have a discussion about her attitude.

The account specialist (Aldo Reyes) who helped us open an account today was very professional and very concise. It was refreshing actually. The account details and requirements were explained clearly to us. I've been to many locations and this one made us feel the most at home. I'm definitely coming back for future appointments.

I visited at Saturday early morning for the very open new account. Those times I haven't any appointment. I asked Sultan Ayça Atkin and Angel Daniel Ayala . They helped me starting to open new account. They very quickly completed my request. . I appreciate each personal form of this Branch. Thanks for helping me!

Very bad experience at this branch. Management and employees all seem different. Not customer service oriented. Told to go ring the bell for Safe Deposit box, not let me get someone for you. Then a hassle with cashing in bonds. Asked manager for his card and he gave me generic card, afraid to give me his name? Time to find a new bank.
