Store and parking lot are clean and tidy. Store location is great, right off of the highway. Pleased with my purchase -awesome sale. This would have been a 5 star review if it weren’t for the Sales Manager, Neal. Not personable at all for an associate, much less a sales manager. A shame really, because other staff I interacted with were helpful.

Clean. Organized. Easy to find things if it is something they normally stock. Well lit. Assistants are very helpful and it's usually not hard to find someone to help me. They will do a Staples Online Order with NO S/H fee charge if they don't have the item I want currently on a shelf in their store. They will honor their Staples Online Price if it is lower than the Posted Price of the item in their store. As a Rewards member there's other discounts and coupons. They'll also usually price match if they can verify the competitor price, coupon, sale, etc. I always check Staples first.
