So disappointed to write a bad review as I love this store....but I just had a very unfortunate experience. I had purchased quite a few items for my daughters birthday and she ended up not wanting them. I brought them in as soon as I gave them to her but I was a few days past the return window. I explained the situation but was met only with repeated “that’s our policy”. That is not customer service. That is not creative problem solving. There was no empathy or even understanding. Very sad, and now they’ve lost a good customer over it.

Clerks on both sides of store. Went in for hair tools which they sometimes carry @ a lower price..Not lucky this time, bit did come away w/some lovely discounted products,some sold @ 2 or 3 times the mark-up @ my local beauty supply. Lovely rose waters & bath items..a copper, magnified l.e.d. mirror for under$17. Good place for some garden stands, sm. glass tables, and a great base to p/up weights & mats for a home gym.
