I have a national account with this company. I have now been on hold for over 36 minutes. They didn't empty our dumpster on the regular scheduled day. I called in and was told that they were unable to enter a missed pick up until after 3 pm. The rep that helped me took my phone number and assured me that she would call me back after that time to check if they had picked up yet. I never received a call. This has happened before, the driver said he was unable to access the yard. We had video that he never even showed up. This is disappointing, a company that has grown so large that they can care less about the customer. Would not recommend.

Stay Away! Our company has used Republic twice and they are almost impossible to cancel and get your dumpster removed. Two months after cancelling, they still refuse to come pick up our dumpster. It is now a health hazard and they don't care to return ANY calls. They just say an account manager will be in touch, and they never call back. Completely unprofessional and it is now at a point where it is a health hazard.
