Shady. Went there to ship a watch and the person helping me started taking photos of it. When I asked why, she said it was to prove to UPS that it was shipped from that store. Also said that shipping any item over 1k needs to be sent overnight. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.

Visiting from Canada and needed to send some of our stuff back home not in our luggage. This store and all the staff went above and beyond, helped us out immensely. They explained everything thoroughly and were very patient with us throughout the process. They are very kind and helpful people - would highly recommend visiting them for all your needs.

I went into the store to drop off a package this evening. I prepaid for postage through my UPS MyChoice Business account, so I figured it was a simple drop off. The contents of the package are valued at $6,500, so the UPS website advised me to get a signed possession slip from the drop off location. I looked up a list of valid locations and this store topped the list. Once I got to the store, I asked for a signed change of possession, a woman representing herself as the owner of the store, said she refused to provide that. I asked why, she said they don’t do that, never have, never will, so they refused to take the package instead sending me away to the local hub in Concord. The hub was already closed for the day so now my time sensitive package is delayed a day due to this stores inability to do the core function of a shipping company, and handle packages. They offered no course of action other than refusing service for something the UPS MyChoice website claims they do. To me, this is terrible customer service, a terrible experience, and as for me and my business, I won’t be using this store again, I advise everyone else to do the same. Hey, for Amazon return packages, use Kohls, you get a discount on your purchase. You’re welcome.
