I really appreciate the time the staff gives you when you walk into the store looking for equipment that meets you needs. I recently purchased an AF-S Nikkor 24-70mm lens and was really happy with my purchase. I recently spoke with Matthew regarding the difference between a Nikon D850 and a Nikon Z7II and his information was really helpful in deciding which camera to choose next. Unfortunately, I had just missed the Nikon sale. When the D850 goes back on sale, Matthew has my business! If you're looking for excellent customer service, give Mike's in Pleasant Hill a try!

Great place to get help. I have a camera I discovered in storage from a few years ago. I couldn’t get it to turn on nor figure out why it wouldn’t charge. Had a problem with a filter cross-threaded on a lens which made it impossible to remove. I discovered Mike's Camera offers in-house repair service. I took the lens to them and in less than 24 hours they had the problem solved at a very modest price. While I was there I also got some advice on a problem I was having downloading photos from my Nikon D850 to my cellphone. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable people.

The safety of our staff and customers is of upmost priority. We are cleaning and sanitizing hourly and between each customer. Masks are currently required for all staff and customers.
I think FactStone can view and edit raw files. The newest win10 extension only supports a few types of RAW camera files for mainstream users but, full-on for "insiders."
I am not huge fan of Mike's. What you are experiencing is but the tip of the iceberg. The company lacks a sense of customer service.
Vince we can certainly assist in getting your camera repaired, often we do have to send to the manufacturer but we can process all of this for you MIke

Bill Thank you for your message, it is something that we can get done for you but not in house. We have to send it to our repair facility to get it addressed. you can bring it by the store at your convenience and we can get this processed for you Mike
It's pretty quick. At the Dublin store, we do ours typically same day or next day unless it's crazy busy. But if you need it quicker, just tell the person at the counter and we'll do our best to get it sooner.
