I think FactStone can view and edit raw files. The newest win10 extension only supports a few types of RAW camera files for mainstream users but, full-on for "insiders."
Are you trying to view raw files on your computer, if so depending on the file type you may not have the correct application to open it. Haven't ran into a codec issue before so I'm interested to hear your response
Really? I have not ran into this issue.. are you trying to view the images using the or pre installed photo viewer?
