Previous review retraced cause this place is a trashcan. Park was taken over by new management in July 2021 and lackluster improvements have been done to the property and existing units. Tenants are now all from HOPE of SNV or CHIPS of SNV. Aka, it's a bunch of recovering addicts or rough folks being allowed to thrive, but not change their lives in a proper way. Edit 3/8/2022: Landlord Kathy Dahan Coty Rafaely refused any repairs due to mold and a sinking foundation. Took to city; refused. Moved within a week (2/22) and has been harassed and hassled since begging her to try and be professional in dealing with this matter. She refused to give us most of our deposit back, charged us for all things she didn't repair before we moved in - all documented - and we found out our lease was not even valid due to NV escrow regulations. Still waiting for her to decide to give us back what she chose to of our deposit - she refuses to pay in cash or money order.

This place is an absolute disgrace it should be torn down immediately. The landlord is absolutely the rudest person I've ever met in my life. Faulty Plumbing cockroaches no AC. Trailers are over 60 years old. Kathy the landlord is super cheap and refuses to put any money into then. I left my trailer in perfect condition. And now I'm fighting to get my deposit back. There are way better places for the same price. My roommate is disabled and she threatened to evict them over her faulty Plumbing. She is absolutely the worst person ever. Renters beware
