This Senior Park is going downhill. Unnecessary projects being done like picnic areas while gates and security are needed to keep people safe here. Clean up of the park has been slow and trees still need to be trimmed throughout the park. People here drove out the last Manager Erick, but he enforced rules and had a strict hand at keeping vagrants and undesireables out of the park. Now, these folks are complaining about the new system~ We are also experiencing rent increases! Some things here need addressing.

High space rent for seniors. Been without water since midnight itβs now 4pm still water is off. Cannot get a human when we call the office. To pricy and poor management. No security. Great neighbors but way to much for seniors on fixed income. And bet we donβt get a refund due to going a day and a half without water.

My grandmother lives at this community, and she has nothing but good things to say about Kay and Pricila. Great staff!

No hoa in sand creek. And you rent there land
YES you must qualify as citizen, credit and criminal background they charge for.
Sand Creek is a 55 and up senior park. No rentals. There are finance options available. Buyer beware, do a thorough home inspection. Many sub standard repairs.
Yes anybody 18 or older can stay or live with them. Any younger can't.
Sand Creek is a 55+ community. You will have contact the main office to find out what is available. Most pet are allowed but certain breeds of dogs are not, such as Pit bulls and Rotwillers. But all in all my parents are very happy living there. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
