Sand Creek is a 55+ community. You will have contact the main office to find out what is available. Most pet are allowed but certain breeds of dogs are not, such as Pit bulls and Rotwillers. But all in all my parents are very happy living there. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
Contact the office. They have units and ok for your pet. Not sure if they have rentals.
