This is NOT the way to treat your customers! Enterprise/Alamo/National needs a new system.

Renting in Álamo is always an excellent option. The cars are always available and the attention is excellent. No matter where you rent, it's always a good experience

If I could give less stars if I could, I stood in line at least 30 minutes all for them to tell me that because I wanted to rent a car to drive locally (because I was recently in a wreck and my car hasn’t been fixed yet) but I wanted to take a my family to fugitive beach, they told me it would be a $400 deposit, on top of the 189 That was quoted to me. I called twice spoke to 2 different representatives they said I didn’t need a deposit if I was using a credit card. I pay extra each month in case I have to go over my limit my credit card limit is $500 the total would’ve been 589 and the man asked me “would my card be ok to swipe” ( I have no idea why he felt the need to ask me that 🙄) he also asked me what kind of card it was, they also asked for additional forms of I.D. asking me where I was going etc. it felt probing and not genuine I suffer with really bad social anxiety and I was so embarrassed because I didn’t have enough money and very upset because I called and asked TWICE and there was no sign posted with this information and I also checked alamos policies and it was no posted absolutely no where ! The only sign they had posted was saying they accepted debit cards if you have a flight. UNACCEPTABLE, EMBARRASSING ! And it ruined my family vacation that policy should be posted clearly on the site and with any third parties that the company does business with ! They also badger custimers into getting their insurance they didn’t do that to me but I watch them do that to customers before me. I had my own insurance and the man that helped me told me that he was the “big bad wolf” and told me how they’ll be making a claim with my insurance I don’t what the relevance was but I felt uncomfortable and I was beyond irritated! Go somewhere else and rent your car save yourself the time and trouble !

This is a terrible car rental facility. Prepaid to go right to my car. Got there, not a single car on the lot.

I never rented a Grand Caravan so I don't know. The last time I rented a car, it was a Toyota Rav. I like it very much it was also very good on gas mileage.
You should be able to. Let Alamo know ahead of time .
What did you end up doing? I live in KC and am trying to figure this out. Ended up having my wife drop me off at a terminal for the shuttle to go back where I already was. So dumb!
Yes.
Yes, generally all the locations have a place to park
Check the website.
You can park your car at the economy park garage but not at Alamo place.
Drop it in the usual place. If nobody is around leave your keys in the vehicle. From memory this is described in your agreement.
But, I mean that if a withholding of money is made depending on the model that I rent. I'm going to do the pay of the rent with credit card, but I want to know if apart of the rent, make a retention depending on the model of car. And if so, I want to know if the withholding can be made from a debit account
There's usually at least one employee present to verify the car was returned with a full tank or verify you opted for the gas option. They can also provide you with a final receipt. The shuttle runs 24/7 so there's no worries there. The airport staff just asks for you to be at the airport 90-120 minutes before your flight departs.
The only shuttles I recall seeing were to/from the terminals. If the hotel has airport service....
You return as you are entering KCI airport and you will see exit for rental car return. Once there...its a shuttle will take you to terminal.
