Not sure why all the bashing in the reviews. These guys were the most affordable for a great job I’ve been able to find. Have multiple properties and they’ve done work on a few of them. They installed a frameless shower door 4 years ago and it’s still in mint condition. The process was as seamless then as it was when I just used them this month. They gave a quote, ordered the glass, they installed within the month. No hassle. I asked the worker what the deal with these reviews were and he said people post a review then try to extort them out or money to take it down. These negative reviews almost made me think twice, but I didn’t trust them based on my experience a few years back. Another great door installed. The world is so scammy now. It’s like google should allow businesses to give out codes to verify legitimate customers so you can know it’s a real review.

A&B Glass & Mirror is exactly as described in 99% of online reviews, and very simply stated, wish I had spent the time to search their name prior to experiences everything I found first hand to be the truth regarding this company. We waited months after accepting the A&B quote, only to be met with every imaginable excuse, and simply getting them on the phone was a challenge, as they only answered the phone every few weeks! They sub out their quotes, they sub out their work, they cherry pick their jobs (after quotes are accepted), and generally run an unprofessional business, teetering on the fence of fraudulent (in my opinion). Read all the online reviews, believe the masses, and find yourself an honest and reputable company, as there are plenty to choose from in the Tampa Bay area. A&B Glass is not a company you want to do business with, regardless of cost, or promises made by the owner!

I hardly write reviews. In this case though, I really feel compelled to. I spent this past month being furious at this company. I am no longer furious. I am actually cracking up because this company is a COMPLETE JOKE. I should have read and believed the poor reviews they have. I ordered a glass door for my business 37 days ago. Talked to Al. He quoted $1,000. I thought it was pricey but I needed this relatively fast so I accepted and paid $1,000 on the spot. He told me it would take 10 days. Remember that. 10 days. 10 days later, nothing. 37 days later, still no glass door. During that time, they barely answered their phone, the blew me off a few times, they found excuses, they promised delivery a couple of times but never even showed up or called. Today, I called them and let them know that if they didn't deliver the door today, I would reverse the charge on my Amex. They said they would deliver it before noon today. Then I got a call back a few hours later telling me that "the glass door had exploded" LOL. I'm a business owner. I get it. Sometimes stuff happens. But this level of non-professionalism is quite unbelievable. PLEASE... Do not do business with these jokesters.
