I can honestly say for the astronomically high prices they charge they have by far the worst customer service and cars that aren’t properly services. Good luck if you have to rent from them.

DID NOT HAVE CARS, TOOK MY MONEY, I ENEDED UP WITH A 12 PASSENGER VAN! YES NO OTHER VEHICLES AVAILABLE ANYWHERE NEAR MY LOCATION. THIS AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR MID-SIZE SUV.

Avis came thru for me at near midnight, when my flight was delayed into Kansas City. Budget had closed their counter, so I could not pick up my reserved vehicle. I spent about 5 mins at the Avis counter. The rep was super nice and efficient. Had a vehicle (which was very nice too) and was able to continue my trip. I will use Avis again.

If you have a ride that is following you please let them know not to pull on the lot because they will not be able to get back out. They can park outside of gates and wait on you.

Yes, you can! You will only choose from the left cars available and the level thay you have. There is always a person that checks out the cars; even if it is midnight or 3 am. 😉👍🏻

When we got in late last weekend, both Enterprise and Avis were closed, but National was open and processed our Enterprise rental for us. The agent said they cover for each other when it's late, or things are slow.

Yes, to & from terminals & back to the rental car terminal 24/7. Departs approximately every 15 mins
About every 5 minutes or so. If it is busy you may wait for 2 or 3 busses before there is room on one for you. If you are traveling with a family or group in on rental I recommend you send one person to get the car and come back with it to pick up the rest of your group and luggage.
Just go to the airport there will be signs for rental car return
