I filled out an application, about 7 months ago I've called, left messages no one returns calls I just wanted to know how long the list is to get an apt & how much it would be. I lived in Fort Lauderdale a longtime ago and miss it.Iam in Sebring , Fl trying to get home.. Any suggestions?

If you want to know about Gateway Terrace you have to be 62 you get in here but depends on size of the apartment two bedroom one bedroom Studio whatever you want Crystal carpet come and look and find out

Yes they have 2 bedrooms Apts and elevators
I do not know when it closes..my mom was on the waiting list when it was owned by the Florida Presbytery. At that time, the lists were necessary. However, Gateway has now been bought and is privately owned. So now, I would not see why there would still be any waiting lists necessary.

Gateway Terrace is an affordable property for persons age 62 and older.
I visit someone who lives there every so often. So I'm not sure about a waiting list. I recommend you contacting Gateway Terrace directly. It seems like a nice place to live.
You have to put in an application and just roughly itr rents for a third of your income. You don't have a choice. It can be a studio or 2 different size 1 bedrooms
