Can I apply for low income apartment even when I live in different state and want to relocate ?

The property is a project based section 8 project for 62 and older. If you move in to Gateway Terrace you will receive subsidies for the apartment you live in, however, if you have a Housing Choice Voucher you will have to relinquish it back to the housing authority where you go it.
