I’m sure without a doubt this is a great place to live with lots of nice people in the building. Unfortunatlely there is a guy working for mantenance that has a very unprofessional and agressive way about him. Actualy downright scary! Blows up in your face just for trying to help! I’m not quite sure why anyone would employ people like that! He must of not had the chance to go to any maintenance technician training and learn about basic skills, such as proper communication! There is definitely something wrong with the man and he needs help!

No rentals. Hoa depends on size & floor. We have a 1 br on 3rd floor & pay $373. No increases in 3 years. Well managed building. Hoa includes cable tv
