I shouldn't have to wait a month to have my apartment moved if I DONT FEEL SAFE.. but y'all want rent paid every week....I almost continued to pay until COREY advised he's still waiting to hear back from the people. What people??????? I already wrote a letter explaining.. you have the police report although it's falsified.. y'all can keep the damn apartment.. I'd rather pay rent else where, were the community actually reacts to crimes and not sit on it because they're not the ones dealing with it

They do background check and just go to the office and fill out application
I don't believe that you can rent without proof of income. I know several people that got denied. Actually, every year, you have to show your income from the prior year.
