10.24.2022 breakfast: poor service beginning with hostess and including waitress.. not sure whether this is because I am a Black female or what??? The hostess refused to seat me and suggested I wait because, I didn't want booth in front of the kitchen door. Mind you, other seating was available. Then along comes another ( Hispanic) hostess who escorted me to seating which I was comfortable with, but said there may be a wait for the waitress? Although, I observed hostesses seating folk's and providing water and eating utensil's immediately to them?? Finally, as I made several attempts to summons waitress as she passed the table for the check, it seems she ignored me, she never stopped!!! So, I strolled up to check out without a check and paid for my meal.. Not sure I will return to the Schereville, Ind location, definitely will not recommend the place to my friends!!!!!BAD EXPERIENCEπ€―

Terrible. Chicken tenders were soggy like they were microwaved and about half the size of a chicken nugget. Chicken bacon ranch panini had raw pink chicken on it. Server was rude.

Service is what really took a downfall!, I came in around 939 to order food, waited until 10pm to order because ANOTHER customer had to grab someone. Why... Because the back table by the kitchen we 6 waitresses just talking and sitting worrying about going home. Made a comment "I'm leaving soon I'm not taking an order" a Togo order at that. How hard is it to put an order in and let the neck girl know before you leave... Common sense! I worked in food as a waiter at that. Customers first. They do not take their job serious!

The kid's menus at most restaurants are portioned so that the restaurant can "break-even" (or take a small loss) on the children's order while getting their "margin" (or profit) from the adults who have brought the children. This is why some restaurants can offer a "kids eat free" promotion/promotional day... They're actually gaining sales off the adults, some of whom might not otherwise even consider eating at that establishment without the kids promotion. Understandably, since RTC isn't a national chain, they have restrictions in place to help keep profitable and keep their doors open. I too understand dietary needs as I'm lactose intolerant... I have to take off toppings on some food items, keep lactose tablets in my pocket or avoid some things altogether. Consequently, as others mentioned, it might be helpful to portion out the 4oz. of food from your food selections and/or ask for a to-go box when you place your order (to help avoid going over your alotment).
Usually thatβs the cooks fault, not the servers.
This is a clean place. Reasturans mop after closing. People don't want to see that when eating and the safety Hazzard of wet floors.
The way they stack them it's hard not to.
I can only say... i've never had a problem with service here. But im always here for the food and the people I dine with. I don't like being in a rush.
I order at the bar , Noone had on a mask but myself . Another gentleman customer said it was a alright to take mask off While I was waiting
Absolutely! It's a Money Day, not everyone eats at home or Grandma's! Enjoy.
