With so many amazing teas, teawares and tea accessories, sometimes our stores may not have the product you are looking for. If you have your eye on the perfect tea goodie, you can use ‘Find in Store’ on our website to check if your local T2 has stock available, or give your local T2 a call. We are always happy to help!

We know that sometimes you need your tea quickly, which is why we offer 3 hour Click & Collect. Simply place your order online, select your store and wait for an email letting your know your tea goodies are ready for collection. After tea, it’s what we do best! Gift-wrap is free if you are a Tea Society Member, and you can request the opportunity to receive your gifts in an iconic T2 gift box lined with tissue paper. Speak to one of our freindly team for more information. For online orders, head to our FAQs.

We certainly do. You can shop on our website to have your tea goodies delivered right to your door. All US orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 3 business days, and are shipped with UPS. For delivery estimates, please refer to our COVID-19 update page for the latest information regarding the standard 3-5 business day shipping timeframes.

We hope you love your T2 products as much as we do! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 60 days of purchase, provided you have your proof of purchase and the product is in its original saleable condition.
