2nd BP I have gone to. Sign states open. Car is there. Doors locked. After 6 am. Makes you wonder????

It doesn't work, its been out of service for a long time though the car wash building is there.
That location is no longer a BP. They have removed the BP logos, you can no longer use the BP rewards program, and their receipts no longer say BP.
