First and foremost if you’re thinking about going to this school DO NOT, they’re are PLENTY of opportunities for you without the hassle. Please let me tell you all about my experience. I had all intentions on going to this school and learning, due to conflicting schedules I was not able to . Tried to get a refund and have went through so much hassle! It has been over a month and half & still no refund FROM RHONDA MCCOLLY FRAIZER OR WHATEVER. From over charging to not wanting to refund

I registered for a class that was supposed to begin 01/05/2022. I and other students show up for class on day one at the Highland location and the doors are locked, lights out. I go next door to the real estate office and inquire about the class. They tried to be as helpful as possible but they had no clue what was going on and stated the McColly family were in Florida on family vacation and they weren’t able to readily connect with them, but not for lack of trying. But to give a call back later and they should have more information. This was a Wednesday, i was told that Rhonda was whom i needed to speak with as she handles the classes. I didn’t get an answer from Rhonda until the following Tuesday when she returned my message. She stated that emails, texts, and calls were made to the class about the instructor not be able to make the first class. I received NONE of this I double and triple checked, she claimed to have made the calls/notifications personally. And that she was out of the office with Covid. She also went on to say that now im behind two classes, and that i wouldnt be able to attend the class that I registered for but that she can enroll me in the class for April lol. Needless to say i will find a more professional place to take my classes. Not to mention her attitude and tone was if I had made some error, when she and the school had clearly dropped the ball

I’m not quite sure how the school is because I’ve never attended. But I did call and had inquiries about the program and the lady I spoke with name was Ronda. She had a nasty disposition and she wasn’t very helpful with the inquiries I had. I called in because I could not check online at the time. She told me, “If you register, you will have to go online anyways.” My response was, “I’m not trying to register at this time. I just wanted to find out some info on your program for registry in the nearby future.” At first she told me that she didn’t have any knowledge on the upcoming classes. After my response of just trying to get info on the classes (Prices, Start Date, & Duration) she started to read everything I needed to know in a fast like paste. She knew I didn’t hear her. I didn’t ask her to reiterate, I just said thank you. In my opinion, this is no way to handle business. I did not have an attitude with her, so I’m not understanding why she had one with me. As a receptionist, she needs to have some training on phone etiquette because she clearly has none. Maybe this is a fantastic school, but judging by my phone experience makes me not want to consider. I do not appreciate this!

I completed the 90 hour Indiana Real Estate Broker's Licensing Course at the Highland, Indiana McColly office. The class was instructed by Tim McColly. Tim is a fantastic instructor and has many years of experience in the classroom, even prior to his career in real estate. Tim communicates all of the information that you will need to know clearly and will help the class to understand what material they need to absorb. As long as you equally put in the time necessary by reading the text book as well as reading over the Indiana Licensing Law packet and showing up to all of the class sessions, you WILL succeed in obtaining your real estate license. I successfully passed the Licensing Exam at Pearson on the first try. It IS a hard test and I would not have been able to do it without the classroom education! Statistics show that somewhere around 20-25% of test takers pass the exam on the first try since the licensing requirements changed in 2014 requiring all Real Estate Licensees to be Brokers. Tim will help you get there but as I already said, you must also put in the time necessary and really try as well. THANK YOU, TIM!
