I didn't feel welcomed. It wasn't what I have felt at other JoAnn Fabrics. I have my own personal opinions warranting this statement, haven lived in the U.S. my whole life...I will just leave it there.

Not that I know of. Check Hobby Lobby because they do picture framing and stuff like that. But always call first.

The best way to replace your cushion would be to reupholster it yourself you can purchase your Fabric and your inner stuffings from Jo-Ann Fabrics at a fairly low priced and they also sell the cording if you prefer that on your cushions as well
