How this location’s ratings is worse than the Crown Point location is beyond me. I had a reservation open for over a week and kept getting the run around at CP- they lacked communication and sense of urgency; everything that the Schererville location has!! I took it upon myself to call another location since CP never told me it was even an option. I called Schererville and spoke to Austin; he was immediately able to pull my reservation and set it up for same day, also apologized several times for the trouble I’ve had. I came in to pickup my rental and was helped by Rory (branch manager) and I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism and empathy that he and the rest of the staff demonstrated. I’ve used Enterprise all over the Chicagoland area and this location was hands down the best experience I’ve had so far. Rory saw my notes on my account and immediately apologized for the runaround and even went out of his way to explain the shortage to me but emphasized that I still should have received calls with updates. He didn’t even hesitate to waive my daily fee due to all the trouble I had at the Crown Point location. Thank you so much to Rory and Austin! You certainly turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one.
