Wow. Been without internet for 24hrs now. Initially they said service would be back at 11pm. After 11pm they changed their automated message to say 3am. After 3am they changed it to say 530am. After 530am it now says 8am. Who's willing to bet at 8am it changes to 11am? And when I try to speak to one of their representatives their automated message says "our agents won't be able to help until service is restored" then hangs up.

It's probably got the best prices up here since the only other option is Century Link. But, I hate the lack of transparency they give to their customers. For example, we fell behind on payments for a month or so and was only able to make the minimum payments for a while after that, just to keep our internet running. This kept the internet going at it's normal speed for a few months, but then we started experiencing really slow internet. So we called and they couldn't fix it wirelessly so they sent someone out to check the equipment. Nothing wrong with the equipment so they charge us $60 for the drive up. So we still have slow internet for a while until I finally am able to pay the full bill one day. A minute after I pay it in full, the internet goes out on its own and reboots. When it comes back on, everything runs at high speed again! If that was the deal the whole time, I'm fine with that. It's understandable that people who pay on time should get faster internet first, but to not tell us this AND THEN charge us $60 for an equipment check when you know exactly what the problem is?? So ugh!

Our store in Port Hadlock is open Monday - Saturday from 9am to 6pm. On Saturday, the store is closed between 1pm and 2pm for lunch. For any assistance outside of these hours, we are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 866-928-3123.
I would say either visit the store or call the 866 number and ask to leave a message for them.

If you were subscribed to HBO prior to the HBO Max launch on May 27, you would have access to the HBO Max app. After May 27, you would have had to subscribe to HBO Max, not HBO, to be able to access the app.
This is a really great question and there are many variables that can affect your speeds. Speeds over Wi-Fi are hard to guarantee because there are many things in your environment that can interfere with your wireless network and affect your speeds. Oftentimes, these issues are outside of our control. I would suggest plugging your computer into your modem with an Ethernet cable and testing your speeds with the router bypassed so we can see what speeds we are delivering to your modem. While your computer is hardwired to the modem, we would expect at least 80% of your subscribed speeds. If you are seeing speeds lower than that, please give us a call or chat with us online so we can discuss scheduling a service call. If possible visit the girls at the local office in port hadlock if you live in Jefferson county, they will be more then willing to assist, there hours are Monday thru Saturday 9-6. Is it for a service call or install?
