Let me start by saying when this place first opened it was great. You got 10% off if you spent over a hundred bucks the staff were very personable and the selection was great a mix of high grade and affordable cannabis. Now you go in there and the staff is always new and they act like your a burden I don’t know what happened to Eric or Seth. The selection is poor low grade and cheap especially with the pre-rolls. So I plan my purchases when I go to Sequim. It like the Big Lots cannabis stores……. In response to your reply as owner. I am aware of you daily specials, the 10 visits you get 25% off and how you give a 10% military discount when everyone else gives a 20% militarily discount. One store on 101 near the casino gives 25%. I’ve been to the silverdale store and I have no complaints. I guess that’s what bothers me the most. And if you can go into both stores as the owner and honestly say they have the same quality of product then me writing this review was completely pointless. I was hoping you might ask what I was looking for and maybe make it more available at the Hadlock Store. I was in there the night of December 16th I ask your bud tender for some phat panda pre rolls he said you were out. I wasn’t surprised because you alway out whet I go there. He said they were the most popular pre roll. I reply don’t you think you should order more each time then. His response was bummer then walked to the office. People will spend money on premium cannabis in port Hadlock if it’s available. My names Charlie ask Eric and Seth about me, I buy quantity and I buy often and I’m probably the best tipper in the State. I just want to be able to walk into the Port Hadlock store that’s right down the street from my house and buy 28 phat panda pre rolls once or twice a week.

Heard good things about the store, but it was a real bummer to see them not even question or bat an eye at customers not wearing masks. I understand your employees may have medical exemptions, but to not even question a customer seems like negligence. I highly doubt out of the four of us in there, three customers had legitimate reasons to not wear a face covering.

We stopped by there the other day to check out the store as we haven't been there for a while. First, I spent a few minutes reading the weasel words sign on the door about masks: how you don't have to wear them if this excuse and that excuse and that excuse and that excuse and they won't ask questions... Then when I walked in, there were three employees behind a counter with no plexiglass shielding and two of them weren't wearing masks. They asked if they could help us. We said no thank you and we left. No, you can't help us if you can't support the basic health practices that are trying to keep my fellow citizens alive. So I drove back to where I lived and I got my product in a place with a plastic shield and where the employees wearing face masks and where they require masks in the store... People are dying. Treat this seriously.

This place is GREAT! I'm making this my go to place for cannabis. Staff is outstanding. They carry the best products from local growers that I like the most. Thank you guys. I need to update my review. I have to give a special thank you to Eric. Eric has been outstanding to me. He goes above and beyond to get the products that I am looking for if it's not in stock. All the staff are awesome, especially Eric. Outstanding product. I couldn't be happier with any business that treats its customers like this. Thank you all.
