I took my shark vacuum in last week, fearful I would need to buy a new one. The owner was extremely helpful. He called me back right away with a diagnosis and an affordable option to fix it. He also cleaned it out and had it ready and working the very next day. Moreover, he provided me with an education on how to care for the vacuum and identified the behaviors that contributed to the suction problem. It works better than when I bought it. I recommend this honest and reliable repair store!!
