I think the miele brand is basically just for people who have a show kitchen, like i guess they look good. But they do not work! Or i should say, they work until the warranty is up. Which, in our case was a year, our dishwasher made it to 14 months. We had 3 or 4 visits from repair, at which point Miele declared it unfixable. And thats about it. Spent $2400, on the machine, $200 on the extended warranty, $600 on repairs. $3200 is a lot of money to spend on a dishwasher that doesnt work. Even in beverly hills.

My wife and i had a fantastic product orientation with Michal today. We have purchased several new Miele products that are being installed tomorrow and wanted to get to know how to use them before installation. Michal was so professional. She knows her product very well and is incredibly pleasant. We were treated so well and i would recommend her to everyone. Thank you Michy.

The product looks great but they break down frequently and the service department is ridicules. I've been getting the run around for the last 2 months to get my cook top repaired and its still not fixed, because of the service department's attitude and the way they play with you on the phone is ridiculous. One technician calls in sick they push your appointment back for a week. ( one man operation ? ) I would never buy Miele again and would never recommend anybody to buy Miele product. There are way too many really high quality appliances out there. DON'T BUY MIELE

The sales associates at the experience center are friendly and knowledgable, but they're selling a product that's a nightmare to own, unless you enjoy rearranging your life to wait for their repair technicians to arrive. In one year, we've had 6 repair visits for 2 appliances -- the combination steam oven (4 breakdowns before they finally replaced it) and now the induction cook top (the tech just packed up his tools and left for the second time without resolving the issue. He's got to return again next week with the part he THINKS might solve the problem.) I also expected a high-end brand to have high-end customer service, but no luck there. Save your money and your time and buy another brand.

Hi Marrgo, We're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing mineral stains. It sounds like you may have very hard water in your area. Have you been using the Miele dishwasher salt to soften the water and rinse aid? We should also verify that your dishwasher settings have been selected for the water hardness level in your area. We'd suggest calling our Technical Service department at 888-99-Miele as they can walk you through this. It's best to call them while you're in front of the machine and have your model number and serial number available so they can walk you through some troubleshooting. If you'd like to try the MieleCare dishwasher products such as our dishtabs, salt, rinse aid, descale and conditioning treatments, we have those available for sale in the Experience Center.
