Staff, Nurses, Doctors all are great professional and courteous. Even there billing department is awesome, no mistakes and easy work with on insurance based issues which is rare in hospitals.

I have been a patient at this location for about 3 years. I saw Carol Lurie. She provided excellent care for me. Unfortunately she retired June 29th. Very sad to loose her as my provider. But I wish her the best in her new adventures in life, or just the peace and quiet she deserves. Thank you for your help, care and treatment over the years.

I'm not sure about all the other negative reviews, but they've been my primary care people for a while now and I only have great things to say. You have an 11am appointment and arrive on time and they take you within five minutes. Appointments are easy to schedule. My primary care physician is way better than any doctor I had in the Partners system in Boston. He's much more thorough and I never feel rushed. Regarding one review about getting prescriptions sent to pharmacies, my doctor sent them while he was speaking with me! I picked them up fifteen minutes later at CVS down the street.

I had very poor experiences with this facility and getting anyone to return a number of phone calls over a one week period of time was totally unacceptable. After finally getting a director involved I got to speak with someone else that quite frankly needs a training session in Customer Service. I ended up contacting another competing medical provider in the area that actually answered the phone, made an immediate appointment for the next business day and I am happy to be taking business to a provider that cares about clients needs rather than their own agency needs.
